Point Reyes is quite a ways away from the city, but it is a beautiful place to visit. It is a national seashore located in Marin County, California, and offers stunning coastal views, hiking trails, and wildlife viewing opportunities.
I paticularly enjoy going on a hike through the hills with my dad, especially when it is quite foggy. The fog adds a mystical quality to the landscape, and it feels like we are walking through a different world. The trails are well-maintained, and there are plenty of spots to stop and take in the scenery.
