There are a lot of definitions for this, but I like to think of it as the obsession with productivity and efficiency. For me, this is trying to optimize how I learn or how I take notes, when in reality I should just take them.
This can be thought of a lot in the context of workflow in obsidian, and how Removing TaskNotes from my Workflow was the right choice. I obsess too much over how I get a task done or how I do something, rather than just doing it.
