Well, this is not an entirely a new idea. Today I finally had a look at actual blood work at home companies and found Rythm Bloodwork as an option for this. I’ve been enamored with this idea because blood work is something that is usually done every six months when you do your doctor’s visit at the very most, and not something you can do at home, and not something you can do every month. This is something that could be greatly improved upon, especially with the amount of data that blood work gives you. I would like to pursue this for my longevity endeavors, given that you can track so many biomarkers with this technology, and I could then cross-correlate that with all the other data I’m collecting. If I could get a wearable(Garmin Venu 4 maybe) to go with this, the amount of health data I could track would allow me to drastically improve my day-to-day health operations. So I’d like to give it a try. This is eighty dollars a month, which is quite expensive, so I’ll probably have to get a job before I can do this properly, but the idea still stands.

In addition, this ties quite well into the On Capturing Personal Data project. And if I can correlate this with my air quality data(AirGradient ONE), in addition to the wearable that I have talked about, we would have quite the date database for this project that I would like. Maybe even when I do have the time I can get into the EEG stuff and that would also improve on the physical medical side of data collection.

But beyond that, this also serves as a launchboard for the more extreme longevity protocols, things like peptides and bioregulators. If these were to be pursed then this is a must have.
