All lab-related materials for your BIOL 1400 lab section will be posted in this Brightspace site. Take the time to get oriented to where important documents and lab materials are located by exploring the modules under Content & Activities (see the green menu bar at the top).
- Lab Information: Important logistical information for our labs (e.g. Lab Syllabus, Lab Schedule, lab TA contact information) along with microscope software that’s required for a couple labs and a simulation program for the last lab. Additionally, you need Microsoft Office; see the syllabus for details. All software is free and should be downloaded to your computer at the beginning of the semester.
- Lab Materials: Submodules for each lab activity with all related materials (e.g. handout, pre-lab questions, assignments, and assignment submission links).
Labs start September 2 (Tuesday of the second week of classes). As with all labs, you should read the handout and answer the pre-lab questions before your lab section meets.
